This evaporator cover protects the refrigerator evaporator assembly and helps direct airflow for consistent cooling. It replaces a cracked, warped or missing cover to reduce interference with airflow and help prevent ice build-up on the evaporator. What it does

• Shields the evaporator coil and related components from damage and debris
• Helps direct airflow from the evaporator to the freezer/refrigerator compartments
• Can reduce frost buildup caused by a damaged or missing cover
