We looked up the element on the web site but didn't get an exact match. Using the on-line support we got an answer back within a day or so and got the right part on order. It arrived a few days later and within minutes we had the new element installed. Read more
Replaced the glass. Unfortunately I thought if I bought the OEM kit it would have the 2 pieces of glass, the inner frame and the sealer. It did have the inner frame and although the model number ordered was the same, the inner frame was incorrect. I took it apart and used the original. I could have purchased 1 piece of tempered 1/4 thick "rectangle glass for 1/2 the cost. The job is done, took about 20 mins and we "live and learn" on replacement parts. Read more
