When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. Ordered new assembly. got in 2 days, put in same day received, with no problems. Works just fine. now don't have to use crushed ice. d9id have to get some one to change bulb for me. my fingers could not grip bulb. so got skinny fingered. step son to do. thanks for your fast service. Read more
