When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. Replaced the main circuit board , it was burnt at a relay . Then the dispenser board had no lights and would not dispense ice , replaced that board . I had been having trouble with dispensing ice , especially cursed ice , the motor would not turn to crush the ice . The solenoid for cubed ice was noisy . Ordered the solenoid and motor for the auger . To remove the motor it takes a special socket for the nut on the shaft , I used a 17/32 socket , the nut has reversed threads . It fit the nut very... Ordered new assembly. got in 2 days, put in same day received, with no problems. Works just fine. now don't have to use crushed ice. d9id have to get some one to change bulb for me. my fingers could not grip bulb. so got skinny fingered. step son to do. thanks for your fast service. Read more
