I took the front cover off, and listened to the water pump, and it sounded like there was an obstruction of some sort in the pump. So I ordered a new pump not knowing what I would find. When the new pump arrived, I removed the old pump, and installed the new pump. Now it works beautifully. I used my wet dry vac to suction the water as I was removing the tube from the pump (there is always water in the tubes). No mess.
