I discovered this GE Refrigerator is made by Samsung, and while I had a harder time finding a video for the GE, this is almost identical. It took less than a few minutes on appliancepartspros.com (in the Q&A section); that I quickly had verification of the parts that could cause my problems. I ordered both to be sure.
