F02 fail to drain repeated suds warnings John C. • Eagle River , AK • February 18, 2019
Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). The water standing in the tub when I emptied it the first time had very little suds but we kept getting the SUDS warning. ...

I first watched the video showing me how to replace the tub seal. This probably covers everything you need to know about taking apart and putting together this unit. Completely disassembled the washer and power washed the back of the basket around the spider. There was light corrosion on the spider. Cleaned the tub and installed new gasket. Replaced tub to pump hose and discharge hose. Replaced the bellow tub seal and installed new spring. Replaced dispenser to tub hose. Cleaned...

Whirpool duet 10 years old drum would make a rocous during spin cycle Jose F. • Pflugerville , TX • December 06, 2014
Ordered the springs and shocks. Noticed that the washer had placement for 4 springs, but the factory only installs 2 (or they forgot to install the other two on my machine).
If you replace the springs, be sure to check for the spring bracket mount. You will also need those.
The washer is running fine. Next I'll work on the dryer.

My girlfriend got a pair of pedestals at the habitat re store but it didn't have all of the parts Adam C. • Ankeny , IA • January 07, 2015
I searched online and found the parts on this site. Since I needed them as soon as possible I ended up calling a local self-proclaimed Whirlpool expert shop. When I told the guy on the phone my situation he told me "you can't buy those separately."
Since that was a dead end I decided to order the parts, but since it was a holiday weekend coming up, and it was already Wednesday, I hoped to have them on Monday. I ordered the parts at about 2:00 p.m. and was astonished when they arrived the next...

The hose connecting the dispenser to the washer was leaking while removing the hose the plastic nipple from the dispenser broke off the machine is 20 years old Martin C. • Memphis , MI • February 08, 2016
I ordered the dispenser and the distribution nozzle since the old one was in bad shape. I also replaced the boot since I had to take the entire machine apart and it is 20 years old. I watched your videos on you tune to learn what to do. I recently lost my job and really could not afford to hire someone to fix my washer. I have to say it wasn't that hard to do and my wife was so happy that I was able to fix it myself! I probably saved $200 or $300 in service calls and labor on top of what they...
