After doing some recon online, looked like the check valve was the likely culprit. Sure enough, when I pulled the old one out (it attaches to the larger white tube coming out of RO membrane chamber) I could blow air through it both ways, indicating it was shot. I used a little plumbers tape when I installed the new check valve into the membrane chamber. They don't make parts to simply repair the valve; you have to order a whole new valve, which I did. After receiving the new valve I discovered that the inlet adapter was stripped so I ordered a new inlet adapter. The fix took just a few minutes. After installing the new valve I replaced the inlet adapter and now I have no leaks. It works like new. The repair occurred in two parts. First, I replaced the leaking valve.
