I took the door apart and discovered I needed to replace some broken handle brackets. Read more
Color: white. It measures about 13-1/2 inches wide by 5 inches high.
Size: 16 1/2 inches overall height x 19 inches maximum inside width. 4 drum glides are used and sold separately on this support bearing.
When I opened up the dryer to replace the belt I found the front glides were all worn out and the front bearing was worn out. got the belt and glides locally. ordered the new bearing, couldn't get it locally, it was delivered in just two days! it fit just like the old piece put it all back together. now runs quietly. and of story---happy wife! After taking off the top and front panels to access the drum, it was easy to see what the problem was. The front drum support was worn through and the 3 drum support glides were gone. The rear drum bearing was also completely worn out. And while I had the dryer apart I also replaced the idler pulley and drive belt. The only hard part was putting the drive belt back on the motor shaft and idler pulley. The dryer is back to drying clothes like a new machine. Read more
