I would add that, if your overlay is old enough to need replacement, it is probably old enough to leave a lot of glue on the assembly when you strip it off.Have some glue remover and a scraper handy to clean off the old glue. We updated a 'not so old' Biscuit GE Range to BLACK. It was easy to figure out what parts I needed by using the selection process on the web-site, I ordered parts then followed the pictures and videos provided to change out the handle, panel, drawer and knobs, I used two metal look back splash panels on the door to give it a rustic look and am very happy with the result.
