I searched online for a replacement broiler support. I did not know what the part was called so initially searching was a little difficult. However, appliance parts pros made it easy to find the correct part; their onlne pic matched my part and I was comfortable purchasing from them. It shipped and I received it quickly. The part was easy to install with just a couple of screws. Now I do not have to worry about burning my hand anylonger, yippeee!!! Read more

In 20-year-old GE Electric Range Model Model JBP78BY1BB, I replaced the electric control panel for oven. Original GE Part was WB27T10102. Appliance Parts Pro (APP) provided excellent help and directed me to the closest replacement, which was GE Part No. WB27X10311 with APP part no. AP263445. APP's postings of the comments of several other customers who had experienced the same failure (broiler burner will not shut off) were very helpful. The replacement part proved to be a correct... They is a "pilot light" which most repair places said I would need at $25+, but IMHO LEDS are rare to burn out. I took everything apart and verified the LED worked fine, but the base of the lens broke off. The way this part works is the lens pops through the front of the oven and the LED / Pilot Light slides up and through it which holds it from the back. Had a little trouble getting the correct part number, but with the help of Appliance Parts Pros very knowledgeable customer service. The correct part was ordered. Removed two screws to access inside panel of door. These screws also secure the door handle. Removed an additional 4 screws to completely remove the old handle.
