Pulled oven/range away from wall. Unplugged appliance. Removed oven racks and then the four screws holding fan/heating element cover. Holding fan blade used socket to remove retaining nut and then slid fan blade off of motor shaft. Note: the retaining nut is removed by turning clockwise.
