I ran my dishwasher overnight to find the next morning that the heating element had been on all night and that all of the plastic utensils in the load had melted. After some poking around, I determined that the heating element was turning on whenever the door was shut. I also notices that when I hit "Normal Wash" all of the washing options were lit (including Sanitize and Steam Clean). After replacing the controller board, my dishwasher works normally. Ordered the parts which were received promptly. My wife and I tried to install some without much luck. Our adult daughter came for Thanksgiving and installed them perfectly in minutes. It's tough to get old. Very satisfied with service and would use again if needed. Read more
