Jenn-Air Model SVD48600 1. Error Code F7: Secured power and replaced the front display or membrane. Screws are along bottom edge and under stove top control knobs. Removed existing display board from membrane and installed it on the new membrane. Membrane wire ribbon end must be clean. I replaced the downdraft fan and fan motor of my 25 year old JennAire C301 cooktop. The issue was getting the fan/motor assembly out in such a tight place. I had to first remove the fan cover, cut the wires, then the assembly came out. Putting back wasn't as tough although getting the cover back on (over the motor) was a bit of a strain.
