Unfortunately, despite some dedicated efforts on the part Audrey Patrick and others, the problem was not solved. I replaced the door hinges, liner and gasket, but none of these solved what I believe is a flawed design. Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new. I ordered the part from you guys.....the part was delivered to my door step in a couple of days.....that same day just after I received the part......I decided to put the new part in.....it was easier than I thought it would be.....20 minutes later I had the new part in........while I was at it I also cleaned the bottom of the stove, put all the racks back in and turned the stove on to see if the fan was working......my goodness I fixed it myself........I am very happy with your fast service... Order new regulator replaced used yellow gas approved gas thread tap sprayed with soapy water checked for leaks under pressure and tryed out working great Read more
