Re assemble unit and run diagnostic as described in information packet provided with unit. All good. Some basic tools and mechanical skills and memory required to perform repairs of this type.

The limit switch would get "stuck" in the on position so I changed that. Also changed the actuator pad for good measure as I mine was worn and dirty.
You'll need a T15 driver (torx) to access the panel, then a small phillips screwdriver to remove the limit switch.
This fix takes about 10-15 minutes. Dispenser functions properly now, shutting off when released. No more spillage.
