Took it off the wall and took it into my work shop. Took it all apart found 1/2" of caked on grease all over everything including the fan. This is the only fan over my stove. Scraped and cleaned it all using degreaser in a spray can for electronics. Removed the ventilation motor and replaced the interior light, Once unit was clean and dry reassembled and reinstalled. Ordered, received and replaced each damages item. Watched a YouTube video on how to do it. Only problem with the video is that it doesn't explain that the front glass is attached to the door cover. I was lucky the glass didn't fall out and it was a bit tricky figuring out how to slide and snap the glass into the cover. Read more
