I replaced the stirrer fan cover and fan, which had some carbon and slight burn marks on it. It was difficult to remove the fan cover as it did not rotate. I had to pry it off with a flat blade screwdriver, breaking the plastic tabs on the cover (which was being discarded anyway). I then cleaned any visible carbon deposits and replaced the cover and fan, using the old stirrer fan holder as it appeared OK. Removed front vent cover held on by two thin Phillips head screws. At the top of the panel was one screw. Removed screw holding panel in place. I then slid panel up out of grooves and had to use small thin flat head screw driver to release catches on the sides of panel. Snapped new on in place and reassembled. Read more

Did search for possible answers. Found probable answer and how to fix on YouTube. Searched for parts. Removed microwave from enclosure, removed and tested parts for continuity, then ordered parts. Received parts, installed, then re-installed the microwave. Read more
