This wire harness (A) connects control and power circuits to restore proper electrical routing in your appliance. It replaces a damaged or frayed harness to help re-establish reliable wiring and signal paths. What it does:

It was simple to replace. I removed the two springs from the sub ass'y, then removed the two screws from the top of the microwave holding the sub ass'y in place. I then slid the assembly to the left about 1/2" and pulled straight out completing its removal. I then removed the three screws holding the metal hinges to the sub ass'y. Follow the trio ubshooting flow chart inside of the microwave panel - and read articles on this website. Turned out to be a thermostat that had popped and gone bad. Replace the thermostat and it is good to go. Read more
Above the stove microwave took cover off microwave and checked all 4 thermals for continuity and they all passed put in new circuit board and the microwave was still dead went back to the thermals again and found cavity thermal had a blackened connector cut ends off wires and put together with wire nut and microwave worked put new connectors on wires and hooked up thermal tried microwave and it was dead thermal read continuity was good but thermal was bad replace with new thermal and wire... The hubby removed vent and the bar that it all attaches to and replaced new bar ,new springs and assemble back together . The vent cover attaches to this assembly and screwed it back. It works like a charm. Read more
