Watched youtube video about taking door apart. did so carefully to not snap clips. it came apart fairly easily. cleaned smudged glass. whited-out scorch mark on metal screen. ordered new film. applied film carefully (it's sticky so line it up carefully for a one and done; no peeling and re-try). It was simple to replace. I removed the two springs from the sub ass'y, then removed the two screws from the top of the microwave holding the sub ass'y in place. I then slid the assembly to the left about 1/2" and pulled straight out completing its removal. I then removed the three screws holding the metal hinges to the sub ass'y. To reassemble I just reversed the proces. Total time for removal and reassembly was about 15minutes. Read more
I ordered a replacement Keypad assembly. Sales Staff were extremely helpful and offered plenty of assistance. The fix was alot smoother then I anticipated. Took about 10 minutes to complete job. Read more
Ordered door switches, but didn't solve problem. Sent them back for credit. Ordered thermostat and it solved the problem. Microwave now works fine. The unit is only 7 years old and hope to get another 7 or more out of it. Thanks. Read more
I ordered a new fan and motor unit and replaced the faulty unit.The case of the microwave was easy to unscrew and remove. The most difficult operation was to remove the appliance from the wall bracket as it weighed about 28kg. The cable connection to the motor was a push fit. Read more
