Ordered parts, removed top tray in freezer, popped the back inside freezer panel out removed and replaced fan, dampers and fan housing. Took about 15 minutes.

I had watched videos which were pretty horrible. I was able to make it very simple by shutting off water, draining line and disconnecting everything in back.
