I used a screwdriver and a Torx driver to disassemble the door. Most of it was with a medium sized Phillips head. It was easy. We still can't figure out how the handle broke on the dryer, but suspect it has something to do with our teenaged son. Read more

This handle mounting screw is an authentic OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer for use with oven handles. The oven handle attaches to the oven door with two of these screws. If the washer that goes with the screw is loose or missing, the screw will become loose, and the handle may break away from the door. If this occurs, the door will be difficult to open when not in use and nearly impossible to open when hot. If the mounting screw is loose or missing, the screw should be replaced immediately. Note that the washer needed for the screw is not included and should be purchased separately.Make sure the oven is not hot before replacing the door handle mounting screw. To start, disconnect the power from the oven. Remove the screw and washer from the handle if it is loose and install a new handle mounting screw with a new washer. Tighten the screw until it is flush with the door. Repeat for the remaining screw if necessary. This handle mounting screw is a heavy-duty black metal screw that is sold individually. It is designed for use on ovens manufactured by Frigidaire.

I found the Appliance Parts Pros website and WOW! I am very grateful that I found the website! I called the phone number on the website and there was a woman who took my call and was extremely helpful with helping me determine an optimal course of action. She advised that I follow the video that was on the website to verify that I needed a dryer belt. This had been my assumption up until the time I had spoken with her. but I was not basing my assumption base on seeing that I needed a new dryer... Read more
Very easy fix. Lifted off the grill and burner. Unscrewed 2 screws. Pulled the burner pan up and off. Disconnected the wire to the igniter. Used needle nosed pliers to remove the clip holding the igniter in place. Removed the gasket from the old burner pan. Placed the new igniter in the hole of the new burner pan and slipped the old clip on the igniter to hold it in place. Then put the old gasket on the new burner pan. Then connected the igniter wire to the new igniter and put the burner pan... Read more
This element hanger support secures a cooktop surface heating element to the range and keeps the element aligned for reliable contact and stable cooking. Replaces a worn or bent bracket to restore proper element positioning. What it does:
Replaced element and adjusted wiring after removing rear panel of stove. Tightened one of the contacts. Checked current with meter. Adjusted insulation. I ordered an element and standoffs to keep the element from touching the oven surface but you provided me with the correct replacement which came with the clips unlike the authorized distributor in my area the first time I replaced the element. My wife thinks the oven is working better than the day we first used it. Reattaching the fan shroud... Read more
