I was looking for a parts sight and found yours. I started to watch all the video tutorials on each part and the "check these connections first video". Well by doing this I was able to find the source of my problem. What I thought was the heating coil not working right, ended up being the timer that was bad!!! Troubleshooting was non-trivial. After determining the front-panel switch was not the problem, had to pull the unit out of the countertop slot, pull the top of the stove off to get to the relay area. Then swapped wires between suspected faulty relay and a relay that was still 'clicking' to confirm the fault. Then put everything back together so we could eat until receipt of the new part. The cylinder roller that supports the dryer drum was worn and needed to be replaced. I ordered the idler pulley shaft and associated parts as well since I wasn't sure if these were worn too. Watching the video on the web site gave me a good idea what was involved and where to look. It wasn't my exact model and make but provided sufficient information on what to look for. The parts were exact fits which was a great relief abd the dryer is running like new again! Read more
