I bought a new handel ond replaced the broken one. It was a bit tricky to get at the screws that hold the handel on. You must remove all the screws around the outside of the door then very carefully use a kitchen knife to unhook the top of the outer door panel. Then you can get at the handel screws. Read more
This has happened to several of both our and friends' microwaves made by this otherwise great company. Fixing it this time took three minutes. The first one took 20 minutes. Replaced Main control board, screen board and controller. This unit is mounted in cabinet, over Range. Moisture sweated the unit, and it wasn't vented to outside, also. Ribbon wire from control board to screen corroded, and was causing the main problems, and snapped when trying to install the new control board. Had to order, and awaiting that part.
