I nearly shelled out for a new Kitchenaid when I remembered APP and entered my model # just for fun. The interactive diagrams and install videos showed where all the parts "should" be, mine were badly disintegrated, so I replaced the damaged ones and swapped out all of the other easily accessible seals and bearings (also gave it a good and very disturbing cleaning). I replaced the fuse and that fixed the issue. However, the door handle broke when removing the front panel. I ordered replacement parts that worked perfectly. I would be remiss if I didn't give the APP's customer service a shout-out. I never got the parts that FedEx said they delivered.
