White plastic cam that interfaces with the diverter motor microswitch. Replaces worn, cracked, or broken cams that affect control engagement and signaling.
This was a very simple repair. It was done in about an hour. It involves disconnecting the dishwasher, emptying the water from the inside, taking it out and flipping it over, and replacing the diverter motor. This repair is done on the underside of the dishwasher, nothing to disconnect inside (just remember to remove the baskets). I looked up my unit and reviewed the schematic drawing online at Appliance Parts Pro. Once receiving the parts, I Pulled out the dishwasher and removed side panels - didn't even have to disconnect anything.
