Handle fell off oven which itself seemed like an easy fix but noticed frame at bottom was showing some corrosion, so I ordered a replacement part for the frame. Part was back ordered and Appliance Parts Pros kept me up to date when part was to arrive. Part arrived on date promised but part was bent during shipping. Called Appliance Parts Pros and replacement part was ordered. No hassles. Replacement part is again back ordered and I expect it to arrive next week. So far no complaints. Read more

New switch approx. .2 ohms in low heat position. If I remember correctly, the help section of your website said the resistance in low heat mode should be 10k ohms maximum, but I believe it should be less than 1.0 ohm. Working fine now. Read more
