I had a repairman out. He initially told me the part to repair was no longer available. I called him back and he finally found a factory part. It was going to be $200 for the part, had to be prepaid and take 10 to 14 days to arrive from the factory. I called Appliance Pro, they diagnosed the problem. They have a 365 day return policy. So I ordered the part. Installation was very easy AND IT WORKED!! i'll definitely use Appliance Pro again. Read more
