Ordered the new o-rings for the pump housing and main filter screen unit. Cleaned all water hardness and other debris out of all parts. Main filter and inside parts clogged with water hardness/limescale and other debris. The 3" wide round filter internal was completely clogged with debris and some of the filter holes we crystallized with water limescale. My son fixed it. Problem was one of the spinner pieces had worked itself loose and jammed the large arm from freely spinning. Read more

1. Pull the function dial off (upper front right panel) 2. Open dishwasher door so it's horizontal. 3. unscrew the torx bit screws around the inside of the door 4. lift up to expose inside of door. 5. remove protective cover (press in from each end to release clips) 6. the timer unit will now be visible 7. unscrew unit from panel 8. unplug wiring clusters 9. to install new unit just do everything in reverse (plug and play) Read more
Removed 8 screws that retain inner door to outer door. Removed rinse aid dispenser nut and replaced O-ring around dispenser. Also, removed 2 screws that retain the latch assembly and replaced rubber grommet around latch lever that retains soap dispenser door. Read more
Lower spray bar had what looked like spaghettis blocking & protruding from holes on top. Upon further inspection found to be some type of fiber. Further, inspection revealed fiber came from rinse arm. Ordered a new spray bar from you, arrived in three days. Clean all including filters/spray bar put all back together ran like new. The foam was shot on the detergent cup lid. Hard as a rock. Causing caking problems, dribble down the inside wall of the door and leaving lumps of detergent. Cut the door in half wit aviation snips and pulled out the two halves. Discovered at this point that the spring had gone soft. Bought one ahead of time, so I was set. Put the spring on the left pin, put the spring pin in the door, slipped the door into place (open) and put the right pin in with pliers. Door snaps open now. Read more
According to the manufacturer this rack now only comes as a bare rack. No wheels or tines. Tines and clips are no longer available and are not included. Old ones must be used. Color: white. Measures about 21 inches wide by 23 inches deep.
I rolled the old bottom rack out and pushed the new one in. With the top rack, I used a flat head screw driver to pry off the stoppers for the rack, removed the old rack from the rails, put the new rack in and put the stoppers back on. Good as new and easy to do! Read more
Rack only includes new tines. Some original fold down tines can be reused. If tine clips are needed use part number WPY912709.
