Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Broken water inlet cover   Patrick M. • Roeland Park , KS • October 25, 2015

I'm not much on reviews. But this minor hassle was looking like it was turning into a big one. The inlet cover had popped off, then proceeded to get chewed up. On several sites it wasn't named. But found it here. The shipping was a little steep. On the other hand, part was delivered 30 hours after I placed order. OEM quality, snapped right in. Painless. Read more

Changing baskets is no-brainer job, as they come complete with all plastics and rollers. Upper slides require removal of the stoppers, but this is easy task, just squeeze them and pull back. After replacing the basket, insert them back. Heating coil is a different story. After chasing Internet for the advise, I found instruction: Remove front bottom cover. Memorize the location of the end of the heating element Unplug the wires and undo the plastic nuts holding element from underneath of... Read more

I ordered the part from you which amazingly showed up less than 20 hours after I ordered it. I then watched a video you produced about replacing the part. Between those two things I had my dishwasher up and running withing 36 hours of talking to your rep. Read more

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Missing and broken parts   Dana P. • Phoenix , AZ • November 01, 2014

We moved into an older home with a good quality dishwasher that simply hadn't been taken care of! Through an internet search, I found your site and ordered my first part to replace a missing tine. While trying to install the tine, I broke a clip! So, I went in to order a new clip and decided to just fix all the missing parts. What a breeze to find the right part with your pictures, and now the dishwasher looks and works like new! Read more

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Dishwasher was leaking quite a bit. Due to the plastic of the inner door cracking at the lower right hand corner of the door.   David D. • Wichita , KS • April 04, 2014

I ordered a new inner door panel. Removal of the inner door panel was pretty simple. Hardest thing was figuring out how the hot air vent was removed. Just twist the inner ring about 90 degrees counter clockwise and it comes loose. Mine was tight due to the residue that built up over time. Read more
