Using one of your videos, I used a circuit tester to determine if the element was intact. It was faulty. Getting the part from you went well. Finding the serial numbers using your guidelines, allowed me to order the right replacement heating element. It was just a few days and the part was delivered - everything that I needed. Front
Ordered upper wash manifold and connecting screw that holds the wash/rinse fan in place. Knocked out the old rusted screw out of the wash/rinse fan and screwed thus in place using the new parts. It took me about 15 minutes (I'm slow) and cost me about $18. Dishwasher is as good as new. I love youtube!
