I used to have a ferret that liked to steal socks but I did not know she had been crawlinging into my stove to hide stuff. She had made a nest out of the insulation but did not hurt any wires. I cleaned up the sides of my stove and noted that the wires and mechanisms were all fine. I knew all I needed was the side and top wrap of insulation. Original oven handle broke off. Ordered part from AppliancePartsPros.com - the handle was identical to the original. Only trouble I had was finding the correct screws to secure the handle to the oven door. If you order, you might want to order the retaining screws too. I didn't but was able to find a couple of screws to fit. The price of the handle was competitive. Read more
