Received a replacement bulb, removed the outer cover and replaced the defective bulb with the new one. Used the special security Torx bit to remove the back screws. Had purchased a set some time ago and only use them occasionally, but always glad they are on hand when needed. Replaced outer cover and light works fine. I ordered a replacement door latch. It was simple to snap off the plastic trim bezel on the inside of the door, then raise the existing latch and unhook it from its guide. (Lift and pull sideways until it snaps out of its track.) Read more

I unplugged the microwave and took off a couple of screws and security screws to access the inside panel. Noticed the door latch bracket was broken.....replaced it and put it back together. All in all took about 15 minutes and the problem was fixed! Read more
