After hunting the web for info on causes for this problem and finding only vague information, I found Appliance Pros website. By this time, i had narrowed the problem to either the drive hub or the Control board, which is about $150 difference in cost between the two!! The new control panel did the trick, and was the elusive 10-minute job. Just 3 screws to open the panel, disconnect the old, connect the new, close it up, and we were back in business. Frustrating to need a repair since the machine is not very old. But at least it was easy to complete. Read more
