The video provided by Appliance Parts Pros is excellent! I followed its steps. The one problem I had was getting the ribbon to disconnect. The plastic pieces that hold it together are fragile and broke. So, instead of disconnecting the ribbon I placed a kitchen stool in front of the dishwasher door and laid the top portion on it. Fairly close to how the video explained it although had to remove the front door panel completely to remove the operations panel. My dishwasher was a slightly different configuration than shown. Much easier fix than I initially thought it would be though. Read more

After I looked into what the possibilities might be, it pointed to the control module. The part arrived in just 2 days, and the installation took approximately 30 minutes. When I called a local repair shop they said it sounded like the main control panel and it would cost over $200.00 to repair. I bought the replacement part for $100.00 and installed it in about 1/2 an hour. Got the part fast, works great and that works out to $200.00 an hour for my labor! Read more
