In addition to the auger, the knives that crush the ice cubes was not working properly. I ordered the ice bucket assembly and replaced the old one. In checking with another supplier, I found you had a considerable savings of $105. Also, the other supplier informed me it could take up to 3 months the get the product. I ordered a clip retainer which hold the compressor in place. First, I discovered there are four clips and the one which I could easily move or turn by hand I ordered a replacement. The part came fast. In less than two minutes I had completed the repair. Read more

Common theme on the blogs was thermistors and or defrost heater/thermostat. Ran self-diagnostics which turned on defrost heater which was fine. I removed main control board cover and move Fridge a foot or so from wall. Problem reduced but still there. I suspected a heat sensitivity problem with main control board. I replaced the main control board and it resolved the issue. Read more
