I replaced the control assembly. Access to the unit was easy. Loosen one screw, and the housing is removed and the assembly unplugs.

Took out the top shelf, turned it over and removed one screw (1/4" Nut driver). Lined up new rail, reinserted screw and that's about it. Anyone can do this!
