This upper duct directs exhaust and airflow inside the appliance to help proper ventilation and heat management. It replaces a damaged or warped upper duct to restore correct internal airflow paths. What it does:

• Channels exhaust and internal airflow between the cooktop/vent area and the vent housing
• Restores proper airflow if the original duct is cracked, bent, or blocking ventilation
• Helps reduce unusual smells or cooking smoke reaching cabinetry by maintaining the exhaust path
