Turned power to oven off at breaker box. Opened oven door. Unscrewed 3 Phillips-head screws on chrome trim around control panel. Unscrewed 2 Phillips-head screws holding selector switch. Laid control panel down on top of closed oven door. Removed wires by hand from old switch and connected them to the same terminals on the new switch (the wire connectors pull off easily). THE SIZE --COMPARE WITH THE EXCELLENT DIAGRAM ON THE WEBSITE WHICH SHOWS THE ONE INCH SQUARES -- COMPARE THAT DIMENSION WITH THE SIZE OF THE ELEMENT YOU WISH TO REPLACE (MEASURE YOURS WITH A RULER) ALSO NOTE THE NUMBER OF TURNS OF EACH ELEMENT WHICH CAN VARY FROM 3-4-5-ETC.
