This evaporator assembly replaces the freezer evaporator coil and drain pan to restore proper cold-air circulation and manage defrost water. It's a direct-fit service part used in compatible LG refrigeration units. What it does:

• Circulates refrigerant and removes heat from the freezer compartment to maintain cold temperatures
• Collects and channels defrost water into the drain pan to prevent pooling or ice buildup
• Helps resolve symptoms such as poor cooling, frost accumulation on the evaporator, or water leaking/overflow in the freezer area
