Changed the evaporator fan cover. I was told it comes with the fan motor and it did not so I had to order a fan motor. Then I found the fan wire harness was corroded and broken. I also installed an aluminum tab on the heater element that extends down the drain hole. I also had to clean the back of the fridge and unclog the two drain tubes on the back of the fridge next to the compressor and now it works fine. Too much heat warped the fan blade and bracket. I replaced the motor because of the abnormal load it was put under when it was making all the noise from trying to spin through the ice buildup on the evaporator.
