First tried replacing the tenoerature sensor, but the same error occurred again. After searching online, I figured out that the relay was probably the problem. Found the part on your website on Sunday, placed the order in minutes, and the part was on my doorstep on Tuesday! There was an waasy-to- follow repair video linked right in the confirmation email, and i was avke to replace the part in about 10 minutes. Read more
I replaced the hinges a while back, but they were the wrong hinges. The stainless steel model uses different hinges, and I did not know that. When Iooked for the part on the website, I noticed there are different hinges, so I bought the right part. Installation was very easy, and the door now closes properly. The wife's very happy to have the oven fixed. Thanks, guys! Read more
