I went on line to this vendor. I found the part then called to speak to a rep. He confirmed the oart. We ordered it through the rep and it came two days aerie then expected. While I can admit the packaging could have been more protective especially for a metal and glass shelf, it arrived undamaged and perfectly brand new piece. Found the replacement for the broken part through your web site. Placed the order at 230 PM and by 1030AM the following day the part was here and installed. It is working fine now.
