The gasket came within three days and I was able to take the old gasket off, clean the door and install the new gasket within 1 1/2 hours. After door removal, cut and removed old failing seal. New seal, while of excellent quality, was rather badly deformed, probably due to the folds in it from shipping in a smaller box. These proved difficult to remedy, even using a combination of hot water, and a warm hair dryer to try to remove them. I also found it crucial to use a putty knife to push in the foam insulation, as shown in the video. It was challenging to get the new seal into certain areas, even after using the putty knife!
