I ordered a replacement gasket from you and replaced it. Has made a tremendous difference in the air flow and noise the freezer was making to compensate for the bad gasket. Had to remove the door. I supported the door with some books then took off the lower hinge. After lowering the door just a little I removed the old thimble using an EZ out then screwed in the new one. I didn't even need to unload the inside of the door. Read more
