This replacement part is a door hinge, and it is intended for use in different types of appliances. This is a genuine replacement part made by General Electric. This door hinge is typically found in refrigerators or freezers. The hinge is stationed so that the door and the main parts of the appliance are connected and in working order. The door hinge allows the doors to be opened and closed easily and smoothly. There is typically more than one hinge on each door so be sure to purchase the correct amount. A new door hinge might be needed if the current appliance doors are not properly opening and closing. Another way to tell if the hinges are damaged is if the doors are drooping and require a slight lift to be shut. This usually means the hinges are becoming loose and either need to be tightened or replaced altogether. Note that the doors will have to be completely removed to replace this part so the food inside the fridge may go bad during the repair if it takes too long. This is a genuine OEM replacement part and is sold individually.
I have to replace the broken parts mentioned above and I replaced by installing the 3 parts above. I followed the youtube video that was shown with one of your parts on the web site. However, to an inexperience person like myself, I need someone to hold the door steady while I was working to remove and replace the parts above. It is simple enough for anyone to figure out what to do. just take pictures prior to the removal of any parts so it simplifies the installation of the replacement parts. Read more
This dispenser sleeve comes with plunger, sleeve, and screw.
I removed ice maker, cleared out frozen food to make room for drill, removed broken support, & drilled out old pop rivet (covering the area below with a cloth to catch the metal shavings). Then I carefully straightened the metal support, loosely installed the new support, and pop-riveted it onto the support using the same size rivet. I reinstalled the ice maker, replaced the frozen food, and turned the ice maker back on. No issues. Read more

Received right top plate, removed its end (band saw) and moved the bayonet connector into place, glued end piece to opposite side and reinstalled cover. Read more
