I replaced the start relay and overload switch with the single part Overload/Relay part number AP3119971. Now it operates like new. Had no problem replacing part, just followed instructions. I was very pleased at a single part replacement for both, relay and overload. I was expecting just to replace the overload. This is much, mush better. Well, I thought, "huh," and began to investigate. I pulled the fridge out and looked around and I couldn't really figure it out, then I looked at this thin aluminum tray that's bolted to the top of a compressor, the "Evap Tray."
