Been squeaking for years, drum finally stopped turning rear bushing worn out John C. • Gray , ME • July 16, 2019
Replaced rear bushing and used a synthetic grease rated at 600F. New upper felt to better center the drum and new belt. There is a small ball bearing and tin plate that will fall out of the rear of the dryer onto the floor when you remove the two bushing screws. Helps to have someone back there to catch them, and also when you put it back together. You cant reach around and do it yourself, your arms aren't long enough
