Not as easy to remove the old vein as instructions made it sound. I couldn't find a screwdriver small enough to remove the factory wings. When I did get those removed it took me less than 10 to replace. Works like a charm now. I have also found my new appliance parts dealer. Faster shopping than sears and instructions are even included to make your repair as painless and quickly as possible. Read more
I took the front cover off, and listened to the water pump, and it sounded like there was an obstruction of some sort in the pump. So I ordered a new pump not knowing what I would find. When the new pump arrived, I removed the old pump, and installed the new pump. Now it works beautifully. I used my wet dry vac to suction the water as I was removing the tube from the pump (there is always water in the tubes). No mess. Read more
