This end cap for a pulley assembly secures and supports the appliance drive pulley so the belt and drum run smoothly. Replacing a worn end cap restores proper pulley alignment and reduces noise from the drive area. What it does

• Holds the pulley in proper position on the shaft to maintain belt alignment
• Helps prevent excess pulley wobble that can cause noise or rubbing
